How long will my appointment take?We recommend you plan for one hour. To shorten the amount of time needed for your appointment, you can complete your intake paperwork ahead of time using our patient portal.

Who can come with me?You are welcome to bring 1 adult guest of your choice, but the initial portion of the appointment will only involve you to honor your confidentiality. To protect the private health information of our patients, all guests are required to check in at the front desk and provide a photo ID before admission into the patient care process.

How much privacy do you offer?All information is kept confidential to the full extent allowable by law.

Do you provide transportation?No, we do not provide transportation. However, we do have three locations to serve the Middle Georgia community. Our Macon location is accessible using the Macon Transportation Authority bus system.

What do I need to bring with me?Please bring a valid form of photo identification. Since our services are free of charge, proof of insurance is not needed.
